Processing Time
All orders are processed within 72 hours (3 business days) of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey to you.

Delivery times vary depending on your destination country. Most orders arrive within this timeframe, though occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or local postal services.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using this number to see its current location and estimated delivery date.

Please note that we currently ship to select countries only. If your country is not available at checkout, we're working to expand our shipping options soon.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot redirect packages once they've been shipped. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded or reshipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered early
We're not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
